Problem with Git, [ref: re...]

Hi,
Git status gives me that kind of an answer, should I just push? would it be a problem? Also that [ref: re…] part is different and I couldn’t change it somehow.

You won’t be able to.

Somehow (I guess¹ you shut down the VM wrongly – please shut it down the way you usually shut down a computer, i.e. by pressing shut down in the VM “start menu”) your git repo got corrupted. The easiest fix is re-cloning, copying over your changes, and using the VM/git correctly so that this does not happen again.
